Kathleen DiBella brings over 35 years of insurance experience to Ryan and Ryan Insurance Brokers Inc. Kathleen began her insurance career in the claims department of Keystone Ins. Co., in Philadelphia, Pa. in 1977. After Keystone, Kathleen continued her insurance career for a few years with the Barry Scott Agency. However it was with Robert J. Ryan Inc., that she developed her insurance career over 20+ years. Now with Ryan & Ryan Insurance Brokers Inc., Kathleen utilizes her vast insurance knowledge and expertise by concentrating on new business sales for both personal and commercial lines, and by continuing to support and service of her existing clientele.
Kathleen is a member of the Elks Club of Wildwood, NJ, and Secretary of Hudson Valley Business Alliance Group. Hudson Valley Business Alliance consists of local business owners and is designed to produce new leads, better understand the community, and create a better business environment for all. As part of Hudson Valley Business Alliance Group, Kathleen took an active role, along with member David Rylance, in developing ‘Dress for Success’ at Ulster County Community College. ‘Dress for Success’ is a free of charge apparel store where young adults can pick out slightly used clothing for business interviews. Kathleen explains that the ‘Dress for Success’ store helps young adults prepare for a successful first impression at a business interview, especially during the job-hunting stage, when a steady flow of income is not yet available to purchase a new business wardrobe.
When not working or volunteering, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her husband of 32 years, Lenny, as well as her two sons, Timothy and Matthew.
