                 Ann Dippel!

                                                                  

Like many of her colleagues at Ryan & Ryan Insurance Brokers Inc., Ann Dippel began her insurance career working for an earlier generation of the Ryan family.    In 1974, Ann worked as a customer service representative for the Morris Agency in New Paltz, NY, which was owned in part by Bob Ryan, Sr. After a couple of years in the insurance industry, Ann decided to make a change and took over managing the office of her family owned business.  Ann returned to the insurance industry in 1996 when she joined the Reis Turck Insurance Agency, and worked there until they were bought by Ryan & Ryan Insurance Brokers in 2011.  She now enjoys working for the next generation of the Ryan family, Bob Ryan Jr.  Throughout the years Ann was active in the New Paltz Chamber of Commerce. Currently, she volunteers for the American Cancer Society.  

In 2012, Ann began her semi-retirement with Ryan and Ryan Insurance. This allows her to remain a part of the Ryan and Ryan Insurance team and enjoy more time with her family, especially her three wonderful grandchildren!

Elmrock Inn

A 1770 brick, colonial farmhouse in Stone Ridge, NY, is home to our client of the month, The Elmrock Inn Bed & Breakfast. In their beautiful accommodations, owners Kimberly and Mark Suszczynski host guests and cater weddings, special events, parties & celebrations. Catering is done both off and on premise of their beautifully landscaped 5-acre property.  Chef Mark brings his passion for cooking to Harvest Real Food Catering at The Elmrock Inn. He utilizes his own garden and hens and supports local farms to bring his own “farm to table” culinary vision to the menu.

The Elmrock Inn and Harvest Real Food Catering have been clients of Ryan & Ryan Insurance Brokers since 2012. Having been prior clients with their first business, the Harvest Café, the Suszczynskis sought out Ryan and Ryan Insurance again for their new insurance needs. Kimberly credits Jeff Smith for his assistance in helping them make proper coverage choices for both of their businesses.  Kimberly also compliments Ann Dipple & Kim Whelan for their “great customer service that is both quick & polite.” Kimberly often calls Ryan & Ryan Insurance Brokers for Certificates of Insurance for events that Harvest Real Food Catering will be catering off premises.  In the ever-demanding nature of her businesses, she is reassured that she will be taken care of on the same day of her request with the friendly and efficient customer service that the Ryan & Ryan Insurance Brokers team consistently provides.
